About Us The OnTarget Golf Company was founded by Tom Sheely who has been a golf industry innovator for many years and continues that practice with his Power Tracker website and OnTarget Golf Game Improvement System. In 1989, while Director of Walton Life Fitness Center, Tom was introduced to a new business concept called, "Total Quality Management". Tom's knowledge and expertise in Total Quality played a major role in his later development of the OnTarget System.
